Conversation data

Wisibl captures product conversations from tools you connect, such as Slack, Google Meet, and Notion. This may include meeting transcripts, messages, and discussion threads. We only access data from tools your team explicitly connects.

Usage data

We collect basic information about how you use the platform, such as features accessed and pages visited, to help us improve the product.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how people use our site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the Wisibl platform; process your conversations to build your team’s knowledge graph and power AI-assisted search; send you important service updates; and improve the product based on usage patterns.

AI Processing

Wisibl uses AI to organize your conversations into searchable knowledge. Your data is processedsolely to provide the service to your team. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AImodels. Your conversations stay yours.

Who We Share With

We do not sell your data. We share information only with: service providers who help us run theplatform (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing), and only as necessary for them toperform their services; and law enforcement, if legally required.

Within your organization, conversation data and knowledge are shared among your team members based on the access settings your admin configures.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and we limit internal access to your data to team members who need it to operate the service.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will deleteyour data within 90 days. You can request data export or deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your Rights

You can: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; export yourdata; or close your account at any time. To make a request, email privacy@wisibl.com.

Children

Wisibl is not intended for anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes by email or anotice on our website.
